1) Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tribus Labs’ applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

The Services are operated by Tribus Labs (“Tribus Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact information is listed in Section 14.

3) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4) Your Use of the Services

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including by introducing malware, scraping at scale, or abusing APIs).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

5) Accounts (If Applicable)

Some Services may allow you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

6) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the platform provider (such as Apple or Google), and their terms and policies apply. Pricing and availability may change.

Refund requests are generally handled by the platform provider. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide refunds directly for platform-processed purchases. If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact the platform provider and/or our support team.

7) Ads and Third-Party Services

Our Services may include advertisements and may use third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, or ad networks). Those third parties may collect information in accordance with their own policies. For details on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services (including software, designs, logos, text, and other content) are owned by Tribus Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9) User Content (If You Submit Anything)

If you submit content to us (such as feedback, bug reports, screenshots, or messages), you grant Tribus Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content solely for operating, improving, and supporting the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

10) Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribus Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribus Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribus Labs’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Tribus Labs for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Services, users, or our rights. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tribus Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Services.
